IATA Passenger Ground Services Course Kochi

Airport and airline ground operation works and also the function of other agencies which are part of this bigger operations are learned through the IATA passenger ground services course. The objective of this course is to provide aspiring PGSAs with the basic skills and knowledge of the position. You will be able to learn about the skills you need to provide assistance and the required passenger ground services at the check-in, gate and concourse of your airport. Graduate level aspirants are eligible for the course to gain knowlegde about the passenger services,  enhanced passenger facilitation, latest innovations in the aviation department and career opportunities related to the same. Conditions of passenger and baggage carriage, boarding procedures and flight close-out messaging are all discussed in the study program for getting a complete idea of the passenger ground services.
